Cathy McIntosh, 67, passed away on June 28, 2024 at her residence in Lexington, Indiana. She was born on August 18, 1956 in Seymour, Indiana to the late James Pennington and Gaynell Pennington. Cathy found joy in simple pleasures like fishing and caring for her home. She loved her grandchildren and spending time with them. Cathy is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul McIntosh; three sisters, Levon Pennington Henson, Brenda Sue Woods, and Roberta McNear; and two brothers, James Pennington, Jr. and Milton Riley Hopper. She is survived by her daughter, Misty (Rich) Marcille of Lexington, Indiana; two step sons, David and Rick McIntosh both of Scottsburg, Indiana; three sisters, Glinda Olds of Deputy, Indiana, Diana Pennington of Scottsburg, Indiana and Josephine Henson of Paoli, Indiana; two brothers, Andy Pennington of Scottsburg, Indiana and Bernard "Red" Hopper of Lexington, Indiana. She is also survived by four grandchildren, McKinley McIntosh, Chandler, Braylen and Grayson Marcille; two great-grandchildren, Briggs and Riverlyn; and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cremation services have been entrusted to the caring staff at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
