James Tyler Holzworth, 32, of Lewisport, Kentucky, passed away on September 18, 2022 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg, Indiana. He was born on January 21, 1990 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of Donnie Arison and Jacqulyn "Jackie" Holzworth. He graduated from Hancock County High School in Lewisport, Kentucky. He loved to hunt, ride four wheelers, his 2001 Yamaha bike, and anything that went fast. He was preceeded in death by his father,Donnie Arison and grandmother, Donnette Holzworth. Survivors include his daughter, EmmaLee Holzworth; son, Kaiden Holzworth; mother, Jackie Holzworth (Frank Jeanes); brother, Ricky (Sarah Payne) Arison of Lewisport, Indiana; grandfathers, James H. Holzworth and Don Arison Sr. (Saundra) of Lewisport, Kentucky; and multiple cousins, aunts, and uncles. Cremation was entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
