Jane Ann Gulley, 83 of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at, Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born on July 29, 1940 in Scottsburg, Indiana, to the late Robert Cool and Bernice J. (Jones) Anderson Pinkstaff. On April 21, 1999 she married Ronald Gulley, who survives. Jane was a member of First Church of the Nazerene in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was the owner of Palmerosa Horse Camp and the owner of a hardware distributorship. Jane and Ron loved to travel. She graduated from Scottsburg High School and went on and studied business at Porter Business College in Indianapolis, Indiana where she earned her associate degree. She was preceded in death by parents. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Gulley of Portsmouth, Ohio; one daughter, Dawn Baire of Florida; one brother, Bill (Peggy) Cool of Austin, Indiana; two stepsons, Myron (Robin) Gulley of Columbus, Ohio and Derron (Nicole) Gulley of Columbus, Ohio; four granddaughters, Alesha Nichole Huff of St. Pete, Florida, Chelsea Jo Ann Huff of St. Pete, Florida, Sarah Brooks Baire of Tennessee, and Ashley Dawn Baire of Miamisburg, Ohio; and one great grand child, Tylan Huff. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, December 04, 2023 at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana with Pastor Zachary Manton officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Scottsburg Cemetery in Scottsburg, Indiana. Memorial Contributions to: Donor's Choice.
