Nikolas Alan Mikel McIntosh, 18, of Crothersville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at University of Louisville Hospital from injuries he sustained from an automobile accident. He was born on December 20, 2002 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, the son of Wanda C. (Begley) McIntosh and Michael McIntosh. Nikolas graduated from Hoosier Youth Challenge Academy and was a former employee of Arby's and Arbuckle Electric both in Scottsburg, Indiana. He enjoyed being outdoors and was always ready to go fishing, which was his favorite thing to do. Survivors include his mother, Wanda C. McIntosh of Crothersville, Indiana; his father, Michael McIntosh; two sisters, Savahannah and Kaylee McIntosh; his grandparents, Mable and Gilbert Nevils of Lexington, Indiana, Joe and Ginny McIntosh of Austin, Indiana; an uncle, Bobby McIntosh and two nieces, Paislee and Ava. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Donald Lee "Duck" Stevens, Jr. Funeral Service: 6:00 pm on Saturday, February 6 at Collins Funeral Home with cremation requested following his services. Funeral services may be viewed by the public on Collins Funeral Home's Facebook page at 6:00 pm on Saturday. Visitation: 3:00 to 6:00 pm on Saturday at Collins Funeral Home. Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 50 people in the building.
