Van Cloud, 50, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on March 3, 2025, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born March 6, 1974, in Scottsburg, Indiana to Whorley Cloud and the late Janice (Massingill) Cloud. He was a lifelong resident of Scott County and former employee of Holm Industries. He enjoyed being outside in nature, fishing, working in his tool shed, and playing games and watching movies with his wife. He loved Christian music and God and his Savior Jesus Christ. Survivors include his loving wife of twenty-nine years Jennifer (Boley) Cloud; his father Whorley (Jean) Cloud; two brothers Vandy (Kathy) Cloud and Vance (Loretta) Cloud, all of Scottsburg, Indiana; two sisters Vanda Jones of Austin, Indiana, and Vanessa Vires, of Avon, Indiana; several nieces and one nephew, great nephews, great nieces, and one great-great niece. Van is preceded in death by his mother, Janice Cloud, and his brother-in-law, Henry Jones.
