Aaron J. Smith, 44, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021 at his residence. He was born on June 22, 1976 in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of Joseph F. and JoAnn (Robbins) Smith. Aaron graduated from Scottsburg High School in the Class of 1994 and was an employee of Meadows Grave Service in Scottsburg, Indiana. He liked working outside around his house, on the farm and enjoyed fishing. Aaron loved his family, especially his girls, and enjoyed spending time with them. Survivors include his daughters, Zaley and Braylin Smith of Scottsburg, Indiana; his parents, Joe and JoAnn Smith of Scottsburg, Indiana; a sister, Amy Smith-Mills of Scottsburg, Indiana; two nephews, Christopher and Caden Mills; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation services were requested and entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be given to the family for the benefit of his children.
