Adam Taylor Pugh, 38, of Memphis, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at the Visiting Nurses Hospice Facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born on February 9, 1981 in Terre Haute, Indiana. Adam was a laborer for Indiana Refractories in Fort Wayne, Indiana and a former employee of Latco Construction in Lexington, Indiana. He was a member of the Lexington Presbyterian Church, loved to read and study history, fishing, visiting with people and making people laugh. Adam was preceded in death by his grandmother, Donna Pugh and an uncle, Tommy Taylor. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Michelle and Mark Haas of Memphis, Indiana; his father and stepmother, Bruce and Linda Pugh of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandparents, Lincoln and Dawn Taylor of Lexington, Indiana and Don Pugh of Logansport, Indiana; his aunts and uncles, Chris Taylor, Dean Pugh, Nancy, Sarah and Becky and numerous cousins.
