Agnes Marcum, 78, of Madison, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana. She was born on December 31, 1941 in Perry County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Shafter and Wavie (Morris) Bowling. Agnes was a former employee of Morgan Foods and a member of the Grace Covenant Church of God in Austin, Indiana. She loved spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David Marcum; her companion, Don Ashley; a brother, Murphy Bowling and the father of her children, Roy Marcum. Survivors include two daughters, Carol (Jeff) Richey of Glencoe, Kentucky and Crystal (Steve) Broughton of Worthville, Kentucky; three brothers, Tony Bowling of Madison, Indiana, Slick (Brenda) Bowling of Underwood, Indiana and Conley (Julie) Bowling of Avon, Florida; a sister, Telitha (Tom) Amburgey of Vienna, Indiana; five grandchildren, Kevin Richey, Jason (Lilly) Richey, Travis Richey, Latosha Marcum and Justin (Brittany) Marcum and two great grandchildren, Lilly Maples and Leila Rich. In keeping with Agnes' wishes, cremation services were entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. A family directed Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
