Alberta Jean (Haven) Bullard, 69, of Scottsburg, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on Sept. 11, 1953, in Scottsburg, the daughter of the late Kenneth R. Haven and Ruth L. (Cravens) Haven, who survives. On Feb. 14, 1976, she married Herbert Michael Bullard, who passed away Feb. 6, 2019. Alberta was a homemaker who enjoyed needlepoint, crocheting and most of all she loved spending time with her family. Alberta is preceded in death by her father; husband; and brother, Ronald R. Haven. Survivors include her mother, Ruth L. Haven of Scottsburg; brother, Kenneth Wayne Haven of Scottsburg; brother, Arley O. (Linda) Haven of Pekin; sister, Joyce A. (Scott) Bowling of Scottsburg; brother, Larry N. Haven of Scottsburg; brother, Michael J. (Sheila) Haven of Tunnelton; sister, Loretta G. Haven of Scottsburg; sister, Rebecca K. Bruck of Scottsburg; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives; and companion, Rod Wilson. Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5, 2022, at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg with Matthew Craig officiating.
