Alice Rennetta Richey Williams, 81, of Sevierville Tennessee, passed peacefully into the presence of our Lord on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at her residence. She was born on December 22, 1938, in Vienna, Indiana, the daughter of Clayton L. Richey and Dorothy (Gray) Richey-Rice. Alice received Jesus and was baptized as a young girl while attending Vienna Baptist Church with her grandmother, Jennie Richey and her Aunt Ruth Richey Henry. She enjoyed a full life, loved her children, her pets and was always willing to help others. A farm girl at heart, gardening was also a passion. Alice loved reading and especially faith based books. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Frances Richey Crawford and a brother, Donald E. Richey. She is survived by one daughter, Teresa J. Williams of Sevierville, Tennessee; three sons, Jeffery A. Williams and his wife Pat of Charleston, South Carolina, Thomas M. Williams and his wife Tammy of Charleston, South Carolina and Alex Trotter of Lexington, Kentucky. Alice was also a grandmother and great grandmother.
