Arnold L. Bennett, 84, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Scott Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 5, 1936 in Seymour, Indiana, the son of the late Charles and Avahnell (McIntyre) Bennett. Arnold was self employed wholesale furniture salesman, retiring in 2001. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and attended the First Baptist Church in Scottsburg, Indiana. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ann (Cozart) Bennett; a daughter, Rhonna Lee Robinson and husband Mark of Scottsburg, Indiana; a brother, Larry J. Bennett of Scottsburg, Indiana; three grandchildren, Beth Strickland, Sean and Ryan Robinson and four great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Arnold was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Ann King. Funeral services at the funeral home will be private due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, CDC recommendations and the families wishes. Services may be viewed on Collins Funeral Home's Facebook page at 12 noon on Friday. Interment will be in Scottsburg Cemetery.
