Austin "Bud" Hall, 88, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021 at the University Of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on March 18, 1933 in Watson, Indiana, the son of the late Austin Hall and Corrine (Haycock) Hall. Bud was a retired body maker Mechanic and truck driver for the old American Can Company in Austin, Indiana. He served for the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Hall and Mary Lou Miller; two brothers Robert Hall and Glen Hall; two grandsons, Erich Peacock & Cory DePew and a granddaughter, August Hall. His survivors include two daughters, Sandy (Robert) Peacock of Deputy, Indiana and Sheryl May of Beech Grove, Indiana; son, Wayne (Julia) Hall of Burlington, New Jersey; two sisters, Jo Ann Graham of Scottsburg, Indiana and Joyce Kiefer of Sellersburg, Indiana; five brothers, Gilbert Hall of Texas, Mike Hall of Scottsburg, Indiana, Gary Hall of Muncie, Indiana, Don Hall of Uniontown, Indiana, and Parvin Hall of Underwood, Indiana; five grandchildren, Katie (Brent) Walker, Jeremy (Alex) Peacock, Wyatt (Olivia) May, Elliott May, and Mallory (Matt) Bouchmyer; and six great grandchildren, Jillian, Kylie, Lyla, Tessa, Owen, and Brendan. Bud's life will be celebrated at a private gathering of his family. Interment at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Austin, Indiana.
