Beulah Miller Wells, 90, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Lake Pointe Village in Scottsburg, Indiana with her loved ones by her side. She was born February 11, 1935 in Scott County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Thurman Miller and Mildred (Steele) Miller. Beulah was a graduate of Austin High School in the class of 1953. On March 15, 1953 she married the love of her life, Ivan R. Wells, who passed away May 7, 2014. Beulah dedicated her life to serving her community through her work and her faith. She had a deep love for her God and her family. Beulah was a retired co-owner & operator of the old Wells' Seed House in Scottsburg, Indiana. She also worked at Scott County School District II for many years as a Speech and Hearing Clinician Aide. Beulah was a steadfast member of the Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church, nurturing her spiritual life there for over 70 years. Her unwavering faith and commitment to her church family were central to her identity. She was also a proud former member of the Plymouth Homemakers Club, where she shared her love of cooking, crafting, and community service. In addition to her parents and husband of sixty-one years Beulah was preceded in death by one daughter in law, Vicki Wells; five brothers, Dale, Jack, Glenn, Earl and Gerald "Bud" Miller; and three sisters, Margaret Stephens, Carroll Robbins, and Edna Grubaugh. Survivors include daughter, Marcia (Larry) Blevins of Scottsburg, Indiana; two sons, Russell Wells and Barry Wells both of Scottsburg, Indiana; six grandchildren, Ryan (Andrea) Blevins, Karen Middleton, Heikki Hownshell, Hunter (Brenda) Thompson, Isaac Wells, and Kenzie (Dustin) McCrady; sixteen great grandchildren; two sisters in law, Katherine Miller and Janette Miller; one brother in law, Emerson Wells; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 11:00am at Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana and on Monday prior to the service at the church starting at 10:00am. Interment will follow services at Kimberlin Creek Cemetery Scottsburg, Indiana. Memorial donations can be made in Beulah's name to Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church in c/o Collins Funeral Home.
