Brandon Eliut Santos, 35, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Scott Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 15, 1985 in Odessa, Texas. Brandon graduated from Scottsburg High School in the Class of 2006 and worked as a FID Processor for the Walmart Distribution Center in Seymour, Indiana for the last 12 years. He loved cooking and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Loyed and Margaret Melton. Survivors include his parents, Elizabeth and Ray Parks of Scottsburg, Indiana; a brother, Alfredo Santos and his wife Whitney of Scottsburg, Indiana; a sister, Brittany Santos of Scottsburg, Indiana; two nieces, Atalie Santos and Alivia Brown and a nephew, Landon Maricle. Funeral Service: 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Collins Funeral Home with Rev. John Herald officiating. Funeral services may also be viewed by the public on Collins Funeral Home's Facebook page at 11:00 am on Wednesday. Visitation: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Wednesday at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 50 people in the building. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate. Interment will be in Scottsburg Cemetery.
