Charles E. "Chuck" Madden, 72 of Lexington, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on June 14, 1947 in Jackson, Kentucky, the son of Mable Madden. In 1989, Chuck met Katie Brewer and they were married on January 15, 1993. He was owner and operator of several businesses, including Madden's Auto Salvage, Chuck's Auto Repair and Chuck's Pilot Car Service. Chuck was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, loved NASCAR and coin collecting. During the the holiday's, he would make his famous potato salad. Survivors include his loving wife of nearly 27 years, Katie Madden; three daughters, Amy Eddy (Mike) of Lexington, Indiana, Lynn Bush (Roger) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Kala Stone (Dan) of Valparaiso, Indiana; two sisters, Dorothy Amick of Austin, Indiana and Sue Richards of Anderson, Indiana; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
