Chasity Dawn West

Chasity Dawn West, 49, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2026, at Norton Clark Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

She was born on September 8, 1976, in Scottsburg, Indiana, the daughter of Silas West and Janet Eurton.

Chasity worked in hotel management for many years, where she found fulfillment in helping others and making a difference in the lives of those around her. She was known for her caring heart and willingness to lend a helping hand whenever she could.

Above all, Chasity treasured her family. She especially enjoyed spending time with her mother, Janet, and creating memories with the people she loved most.Chasity was preceded in death by her father, Silas West. She is survived by her mother, Janet Eurton(Joe); brother, Dale West(Shelley); step brothers, Will(Emily), Todd(Jessica), Travis Eurton(Sara); two nephews, Noah and Zachary West; along with step nieces and step nephews. There will be a visitation held on Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 10-1pm with service to follow at 1pm. Burial will be at Scottsburg Cemetery.
