Christopher Kent Hudgens, 64, of Scottsburg, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025, in Scottsburg, Indiana. He was born November 28, 1960 to Claude and Amy Martin Hudgens in Nashville, Tennessee.

Chris worked as a furniture mover and enjoyed grilling out with family and gambling. He loved making friends, helping people, and joking around with everyone.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal (Jacob Pedigo) Hudgens of Austin, his brother Eddie Hudgens, his grandchildren, Stormy Sky Hudgens and Orion Dusk Pedigo and his favorite cat, Charli.

Chris is preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.

According to Chris' wishes, cremation has been chosen. Collins Funeral Home of Scottsburg has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
