Christopher Michael Lessig, 44, of Austin, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. He was born on October 1, 1976 in Scottsburg, Indiana, he was the son of Randal Edward Lessig and Paula Hall. Chris was a 1996 Graduate of Scottsburg High School He was always known for loving the outdoors. Survivors include his mother, Paula Hall of Austin, Indiana; daughter, Makayla Marie LaMaster; stepdaughter, Kayla Sampson; brother: Jeffrey Lessig of Floyd County, Indiana; grandparents, Loren and Betty Hall of Scottsburg, Indiana; two aunts; one uncle; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
