Cora LaVon Szuba, 83 of Greenfield, Indiana passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Franciscan Hospice House in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on March 28, 1940 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of the late George Willard and Marjorie Robertson (Willard) Tuttle. She married Victor A. Szuba and he preceded her in death in 2021. She graduated from Warren Central High School in Indianapolis, Indiana and then went on to graduate from Montgomery School of Nursing with a bachelor's degree as a Registered Nurse. She also attended Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana and Community College in Missouri. Cora enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing, bird watching and loved to read. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and one brother Stanley E. Willard. Cora is survived by her niece, Denna Willard Rucker (Doug Goode) of Greenfield, Indiana; two great nieces, Jacqueline Rucker and Carleigh Rucker; one great nephew, Eddie Rucker; and several cousins. Graveside Services will be held at Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Scottsburg, Indiana on Wednesday June 14, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Memorial Contributions to: Donor's Choice.
