Curtis Davidson, 69 of Trenton, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at his daughters' residence. He was born on December 28, 1951 in Hyden, Kentucky, the son of the late Noah and Mary Elizabeth (Collins) Davidson. Curt was a retired coal miner from Leeco Coal Company in Hyden, Kentucky where he worked for 20 years and a member of the Keister Road Church of God in Germantown, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Georganna Davidson; second wife, Charlene "Sue" Davidson; two sons, Melvin Douglas and Curtis Douglas Davidson; a grandson, Matthew Douglas Davidson; three brothers, Kermit, Walter and Tensley Davidson and two sisters, Zela Davidson and Martha Emma Napier. Survivors include his daughter, Rhonda (Jon) Vernon of Little York, Indiana; a stepson, Shane Montgomery of Hamilton, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Shanee Reynolds of Middletown, Ohio; three brothers, Bill Davidson and Thermon Davidson both of of Thousand Sticks, Kentucky and his twin, Carl Davidson of Hamilton, Ohio; a sister, Helen Guthrie of Hamilton, Ohio; eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral Service: 1:00 pm on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Collins Funeral Home with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery in New Washington, Indiana. Funeral services may be viewed by the public on Collins Funeral Home's Facebook page at 1:00 pm on Friday. Visitation: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday at Collins Funeral Home. Visitation will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 25 people in the building. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate.
