Dale Everhart, 66, of Paris Crossing, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at his residence. He was born on August 12, 1954 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late Gayle "Shorty" Everhart and Ruby (Herald) Everhart. Dale was a former employee of Ohio Valley Opportunities, Inc. in Madison, Indiana and also had worked at the old American Can Company in Austin, Indiana. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, hunting, camping and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors include three sons, Sandy Everhart (Erin Burchett) of North Vernon, Indiana, Dusty Everhart of Madison, Indiana and Levi Smith of Paris Crossing, Indiana; a daughter, Tonya Cassidy (Telly) of Indiana; three brothers, Larry G. Everhart (Oredus) of Florida, Jimmy Everhart (Betty) and Glenn Everhart (Rhonda) all of Scottsburg, Indiana; a sister, Kathy Perdue (Terry) of Scottsburg, Indiana; ten grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and his companion of many years, Robin Everhart.
