Darlene G. Hoard, 69 of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at University Of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on February 14, 1954 in Flint, Michigan, to the late Charles Huggins and Catherine Ann (Steel) Huggins. Darlene was a group home aide for Special Needs Adults. She enjoyed playing Bingo, watching her TV shows especially NCIS, and most of all she loved spending time and watching Disney movies with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Franklin Hoard; one brother, Charles John Huggins; and one sister, Juanita Huggins. Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer (Jason) Livingston of Sioux City, Iowa and Crystal (Jacob Pedigo) Hudgens of Austin, Indiana; one sister, EuJania (David) Murphy of Scottsburg, Indiana; and six grandchildren, Stormy Hudgens, Orion Pedigo, Alexandria Lei, Jonathan Wohlert, Arieonna Livingston, and Leonard Livingston; and one great grand child.
