David Allen Campbell, 64, of Underwood, Indiana passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at his residence. He was born on October 13, 1958 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late William A. Campbell and Joyce A. (Carver) Campbell. David graduated from Henryville High School in the class of 1978.He was a former employee of the old Bowater Computer Forms in Scottsburg, Indiana for many years. He then worked for what is now known as Genpak LLC. David was an avid movie lover, who enjoyed fishing, and tinkering with his old trucks. He was preceded in death by his parents and beloved dog, Silly. Survivors include his son, Travis (Brandy) Campbell of Hanover, Indiana; daughter, Emily (Jonathan Bray) Campbell of Seymour, Indiana; two sisters, Lori (Kenny) Spellman of Underwood, Indiana and Lisa (Fred) Tucker of Henryville, Indiana; two brothers, Mike (Patty) Campbell of Underwood, Indiana and Roger (Debbie) Campbell of Underwood, Indiana; four grandchildren, Lillian, Sylvia, Bianca, and Hunter. Funeral Service 12:00 Noon Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana with Rev. Lee A. Brown officiating. Visitation 10:00 am to 12:00 noon Saturday.
