Delona J. Lesnet, 65, of Lexington, Indiana passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at her home. She was born on November 24, 1957 in Salem, Indiana, the daughter of the late August Barnard and Freda (Smith) Barnard. Delona worked at Mitchell Plastics in Charlestown, Indiana. She enjoyed crafting and most importantly spending time with family. In addition to her parents, Delona was preceded in death by one brother, Ricky Lee Barnard. Survivors include her two daughters, Shasta (Mike) Comer of Scottsburg, Indiana and Shannon Lesnet (James Morris) of Lexington, Indiana; one brother, Robert Barnard of Scottsburg, Indiana; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Collins Family Center in Scottsburg, Indiana.
