Donna Kaye Ottersbach, 64, of Lexington, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on November 5, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John and Fannie (Fusfeld) Lyon. Donna graduated from Doss High School in Louisville, Kentucky and then earned an Associate's Degree in Treasury Management from Indiana University Southeast. She was retired from the finance department at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky, working her way up from selling programs at the track and retiring after 20 years. Donna was a former member of the Master Gardener's Club and enjoyed gardening and sewing. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Michael E. Ottersbach; four sons, Sean (Christy) Ottersbach of Florence, Kentucky, Shane (Chrissy) Ottersbach of Tuscon, Arizona, John (Tracy) Ottersbach of Louisville, Kentucky and Michael Adam (Julianne) Ottersbach of Fayetteville, North Carolina; two daughters, Michelle Ottersbach of Florence, Kentucky and Leah Rae (Tyler) Finn of Pleasant Hill, California; a brother, Mike Lyon of Louisville, Kentucky; a sister, Patti (Kenny) Watts of Live Oak, Florida and seven grandchildren, Madeline, Rylee, Daley, Ean, Aveline, Cordelia and Lucille.
