Donna Faye Sipe

Donna Faye Sipe, 76, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on August 3, 2026, at Norton Healthcare Pavilion in Louisville, Kentucky. Donna lived a life filled with love, compassion, and a remarkable ability to connect with everyone she encountered. She was born on January 2, 1950 in Scottsburg, Indiana, to the late Willie Pedigo and Bessie (Napier) Pedigo. Married to the love of her life, Delbert Dee Sipe, on March 26, 1969, they shared a beautiful life together, filled with love and shared experiences. He preceded her in death on September 25, 2023. Many of her most treasured relationships started with her successful career in interior design sales with Home Interior, where she helped create beautiful spaces for countless families. Donna happily shared her passion for gardening and was often found tending to her vibrant flower gardens. A woman of faith, she found solace in her love for the Lord and in the simple yet profound joys of life. Donna was a faithful Elder at Lexington Presbyterian Church, where she actively contributed to her community with grace and kindness. In addition to her parents and late husband, Delbert, Donna is preceded in death by her son, Todd Sipe. Donna is survived by one daughter, Charity (Tom) Hacker; two sons, Steven Sipe and Deb Sipe; four brothers, Roger Pedigo, Ernest Pedigo, James Pedigo, and Billy Pedigo; nine grandchildren Derek Sipe, Karli Sipe, Nate Coates, Scott (Shay) Bright, Anji Shoemaker, Hannah Sipe, Cody Sipe, Isabelle Duckwall, and Kason Sipe; four great grandchildren, Elena, Gabby, Harlen, and Hayden; and "her fellar" Larry Marshall. The funeral service for Donna Sipe will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11:00am at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Collins Funeral Home and prior to the service on Thursday from 10:00am to 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Kimberlin Creek Cemetery in Scottsburg, Indiana. In honor of Donna's vibrant spirit and passion for flowers, we kindly ask that all attendees wear something colorful. Memorial donations can be made in Donna's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital in c/o Collins Funeral Home.
