Edward A. Davis, 72, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg, Indiana. He was born on August 5, 1950 in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of the late Arnold Davis and Kathryn (Dunbar) Davis. Eddie was always a very creative, artistic man. He made handmade jewelry, Kentucky Derby hats, and loved to paint. Eddie also had a strong passion for his flower gardens. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronald Davis. Survivors include his partner of almost fifty years, Claude "Ed" Sandlin of Scottsburg, Indiana; brother, Convol (Sue) Davis of Corbin, Kentucky; sister, Ruth (Michael) Hommrich of Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
