Ervin E. Beswick, Sr., 85, of Pace, Florida, previously of Scottsburg Indiana passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at Covenant Care Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. He was born on March 13, 1938 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late Elmo Beswick and Ruby (Lee) Beswick. He was a retired truck driver for Costello Trucking Company in Connecticut and also a former driver for Florida Grading and Paving Company. Ervin served in the Indiana Army Reserves for many years. He was preceded in death by six brothers, Robert, Carl, James, Roger, Richard and Bill Beswick. Survivors include five sons, Ervin E. Beswick, Jr. of Salem, Indiana, Jeffrey S. Beswick of Scottsburg, Indiana, Woodie L. Shaw of Milton, Florida, Brian E. Beswick of Milton, Florida, Jesse A. (Melissa) Moore of Milton, Florida; four daughters, Carol Moore Bigner of Ohio, Susan Moore of Milton, Florida, Debbie Anderson of Scottsburg, Indiana, Miranda Warren of Tennessee; one sister,Debbie Beswick-Robinson of Seymour, Indiana; two brothers, Elvin Beswick of Spencer, Ohio and Paul Beswick of Milltown, Indiana; sixteen grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. Funeral Service 1:00 pm Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana with Rev. Timothy Mohon officiating. Visitation 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday. Interment at Scottsburg Cemetery in Scottsburg, Indiana. Memorial Contributions to Ervin's family to assist with funeral expenses in c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
