Gary Cecil Bowling, 64, of Sellersburg, Indiana passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021 due to a heart attack in Lagrange, Kentucky. He was born on October 17, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Albert Cecil Bowling and Georgia "Peaches" (Potter) Bowling. Gary married Kelly Lynn (Heberden) Bowling on October 15, 2005. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Cecil Bowling. His survivors include his wife, Kelly Lynn (Heberden) Bowling; mother, Georgia Bowling; a son: Patrick Gary Bowling; daughter, Leah Marie Bowling Kirsch; two Stepsons, Eric DeYoung and Kevin DeYoung; stepdaughter, Amy Taylor; sister, Phyllis Crum; and six grandchildren. To celebrate the love and impact Gary had on those that surrounded and knew him we will be having a celebration of life gathering on Sunday July 25th from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the VFW Post 1693 located at 1919 Grant Line Road, New Albany, Indiana.
