Irvin "Dale" White

Irvin "Dale" White, 75, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on May 26, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dale was born on November 17, 1950, in Hazard, Kentucky, to Daw and Lucy White. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and later worked for many years in factory maintenance.

Dale was a devoted family man who deeply loved his family and cherished the time he spent with them. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and appreciated the outdoors.

He will be remembered for his hard work, dedication to his family, and the kindness he showed to those around him.In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his brother, Daw White Jr.; sister, Susan Bowling. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Vicki White; son, Justin White(Adriane); daughter, Cora Tennyson(Aaron); 3 grandchildren, Ardyn, Elyn, Jordan Carter(Michael); along with 2 great grandchildren, Evea and Eli. There will be a visitation held on Friday, June 5, 2026 from 11-1pm with service to follow at Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Scottsburg, Cemetery.
