Jacqueline Marie Pedigo

Jacqueline "Jackie" Marie Pedigo, 72, passed away on June 11, 2026, at The Waters of Scottsburg in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was born on February 22, 1954, in Scottsburg, Indiana to the late Howard Montgomery and Elsie (Grider) Montgomery. Jacqueline dedicated her life to her family and community, she took immense pride in caring for her loved ones. Jacqueline was a member of the Underwood Baptist Church, where she found strength and connection in her faith and the community around her. She had a deep love for flowers and was actively involved in the Scott County Fair. Above all, Jacqueline treasured her roles as a grandmother. Her grandchildren brought her immense joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them, nurturing their growth and sharing in their lives. She also enjoyed volunteering at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Howard Montgomery and Lloyd Montgomery. She is survived by her beloved husband, Roger Pedigo; children, Tony Thompson, Scott (Tonya) Thompson, Todd Thompson, Rosalie (Grant) Jordan, and Maria Pedigo; sister, Pattie Walden; 19 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Jacqueline's funeral service will be on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 2:00pm at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation to honor her life will be from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
