Jeremiah Byler, 18, of Lexington, Indiana passed away on June 2, 2026. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew him. Jeremiah was born on November 23, 2007 in Clare, Michigan, to Harley Byler and Katherene (Wagler) Byler. Jeremiah worked at his family's business, Golden Rule Truss, putting his heart into producing quality products. Known for his adventurous spirit, Jeremiah found joy in nature, often hiking and hunting outdoors. He thrived in the fellowship of youth activities at Living Waters Mennonite Church, where his stable character expressed his faith. His vibrant personality was complemented by his unique talent for unicycling, which brought smiles to many around him. In addition to his parents, Jeremiah is survived by his sisters Kristina Marie Byler, Joanna Kay Byler, Kaylee Rose Byler, and Krystal Lily Byler; paternal grandparents, Crist (Viola) Byler; maternal grandparents, Abraham (Alta) Wagler; and several friends and family not listed here. The funeral service for Jeremiah Byler will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 10:00am at Living Waters Mennonite Church in Lexington, Indiana. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Living Waters Mennonite Church. Burial will follow the service at Living Waters Mennonite Church Cemetery in Lexington, Indiana.
