John Joshua Lee "Josh" Sebastian, 42, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020 at his residence. He was born on April 4, 1978 in Lansing, Michigan. Josh graduated from Scottsburg High School in the Class of 1996. He was a press operator for Viking Plastics in Scottsburg, Indiana, had also worked at Aisin, USA and Valeo both in Seymour, Indiana and was a former Team Leader for Madison Precision. Josh enjoyed the outdoors, listening to music and spending time with his family and friends. He loved watching basketball, and was a huge University of Kentucky Wildcats fan. Survivors include a daughter, Gabrielle Destiny Engle of Lexington, Indiana; his father, John Sebastian of Scottsburg, Indiana; his mother, Brenda Sebastian of Scottsburg, Indiana; his sister, Hope Rice and her husband Randy of Austin, Indiana; twin grandsons, Levi Samuel and Jameson Michael Pryor and a nephew, Brandon Rice. Funeral Service: 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Collins Funeral Home with Clinton Righthouse officiating. Visitation: 4 to 7 pm Tuesday at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate. Cremation is requested following his services with private burial at a later date in Scottsburg Cemetery.
