Kenneth "Wayne" Haven

Kenneth "Wayne" Haven, 76, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on September 17, 2026, at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital.

Wayne was born on April 1, 1950, in Scottsburg, the beloved son of Kenneth Roy and Ruth Haven. He was a member of Little York Christian Church and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.

Wayne retired from the former American Can Company after 20 plus years of dedicated service and later worked at Big Foot gas station in Henryville, where he enjoyed meeting all the different kinds of people, well most of them. He cherished his family and enjoyed playing euchre, caring for his cats, and tending to his beehives.In addition to his father, Wayne was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Roy Haven; sister, Alberta Jean Bullard; brother in laws, Scott Bowling, Mike Bullard, Ronald Bruck; sister in law, Connie Haven. He is survived by his mother, Ruth Haven; sisters, Joyce Ann Bowling, Loretta Gayle Haven, Becky Kay Bruck; brothers, Arley O. Haven(Linda), Larry N. Haven, Michael J. Haven(Sheila); along with nieces and nephews and cousins.There will be a visitation held on Monday, September 21, 2026 from 10-12pm with service to follow at 12pm at Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Little York York Cemetery.
