LeRoy Hall, 87, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. He was born on December 22, 1934 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late Ezra Hall and Elizabeth (Vest) Hall. On April 21,1956 he married Donna (Wells) Hall, who survives. LeRoy was a member of First Christian Church where he had served as a Deacon, Elder, and chairman of mission, property, and hospitality committee. He was currently serving as trustee, and loved serving the Lord. LeRoy was retired from Scott Memorial Hospital, was a self employed painter, and story teller. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; three siblings and their spouses, Robert, Hubert (Jean) and Ralph (Nancy) Hall and Louise (Morris) Melton; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Judith (Glenn) Zollman, John Campbell and Wayne Bright. Survivors include his loving wife of 66 years, Donna (Wells) Hall of Scottsburg, Indiana; son, Timothy L. (Carla) Hall of Scottsburg, Indiana; sister, Margaret Campbell of Underwood, Indiana; brother-in-law, David (Janet) Wells of Scottsburg, Indiana; sister-in-law Billie Bright of Scottsburg, Indiana; two grandchildren, Cara (Brandon) Nichols and Kimberly (Jordan) McCoskey both of Scottsburg, Indiana; and three great grandchildren, Carlie Nichols, Marshall McCoskey and Martin McCoskey; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Service: 11:00 am Saturday, October 1,2022 at First Christian Church in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday September 30, 2022 at Collins Funeral Home and after 10:00 am Saturday at First Christian Church. Interment will be at Kimberlin Creek Cemetery near Lexington, Indiana. Memorial Contributions to: First Christian Church c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
