Linda Kay Palmer, 65 of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on September 25, 1955 in Martinsburg, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Harlan and Sally (Meyers) Greenfield. Linda graduated from high school and attended vocational school for two years in West Virginia. She a homemaker and a former employee of Walmart. Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Ward Palmer; two daughters, Tiffany J. Sipe and her husband Jason and Crystal G. Palmer all of Scottsburg, Indiana; two brothers, David and James "JD" Greenfield both of West Virginia; a sister, Shirley Blizzard of West Virginia and four grandchildren, Shanda Palmer, Destiny Sipe, Jason Sipe, II and Wyatt Sipe. Funeral Service: 11:00 am on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Collins Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Mullins officiating. Visitation: 4 to 8 pm on Friday and after 10 am on Saturday at Collins Funeral Home. Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 50 people in the building. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate. Interment will be in Scottsburg Cemetery.
