Lisa Jean Clements

Lisa Jean Clements, 66, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on January 9, 2026, in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was born on September 8, 1959, in New Albany, Indiana, to John Howell and Julia Jean (Hamilton) Lyons. On December 31, 2010, Lisa married Rex Clements and he survives. Lisa dedicated over 20 years of her life to managing at Morgan Foods, tirelessly contributing to the community she adored. Lisa's spirit will forever shine through the love she held for her children and grandchildren, her greatest treasures who inspired her every day. Lisa is preceded in death by her father, John Howell; stepfather, Gene Lyons; and brother, Johnny Ray "Happy" Howell. In addition to her mother, Julia, and husband, Rex, Lisa is survived by five children, Kristen (Larry) Hunt-Coakley, Christopher Michael (Katasa) Hunt, Kyleigh Jean Clements, Lylah Hope Clements, and Shawn (Melissa) Clements; two brothers, Michael Wesley (Cinnamon) Howell and Gregory Robert Allen (Kelley) Howell; one sister, Bethany Bishop; twelve grandchildren; and one great grandson. Her legacy of compassion and community spirit will continue to resonate with all who were blessed to know her. The funeral service for Lisa will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 1:00pm at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation will be prior to the funeral on Friday from 10:00am to 1:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
