Marian M. (Creech) Gray, 85, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on July 12, 2024, at her residence. She was born on October 4, 1938 in Scott County, Indiana, the daughter of the late Omer Lynch and Stella (Jennings) Lynch. She was a retired Patient Attendant at the old Madison State Hospital in Madison, Indiana and part owner of the old Creech's Garage in Deputy, Indiana. She was a member of the Green Street Chapel in Scottsburg, Indiana. She liked to fish and spend time with family and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Creech; a daughter, Barbara Fields; a sister, Marsha Hall; and her brother, Omer Buck Lynch. Survivors include her son, Wayne (Debbie) Fields of Lawton, Oklahoma; daughter, Stella (Danny) Terry of Memphis, Indiana; sister, Katie Madden of Scottsburg, Indiana; and five grandchildren, Dorothy (Scott) Fergison, Jeremiah (Tara Garrett) Fields, Dakota Fields, Lisa and Luke Reynolds; and several great grandchildren, Katherine Fergison, Colton Fields and Wyatt Fields. The family would like to give a special thank you to Marian's caregiver, Terry Coomer. Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana with Matthew Craig officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Collins Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, Indiana.
