Mariellen Sue Mills, 75, of Crothersville, Indiana passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on August 14, 1947 in Sellersburg, Indiana, to the late Robert T. Griffin and Lois A. (Weaver) Griffin. She enjoyed fishing, camping, and country music but most of all her favorite thing in the world were her great grandchildren. On October 21, 1963 she married Robert Clarence Mills, who preceded her in death in 1978. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. Mariellen is survived by her children, Timothy R. (Beth Ann) Mills of Charlestown, Indiana; Dennis C. Mills of Seymour, Indiana; Edward L. (Joni) Mills; Ida K. (Randy) Graw of Scottsburg, Indiana; Rebecca S. (Randy) Smith of Crothersville, Indiana; Mary C. Carey of Crothersville, Indiana; Michela Goodlet of Seymour, Indiana; her three brothers William Griffin of Florida; Robert T. Griffin of Salem, Indiana; Michael Griffin of Bloomington, Indiana; her two sisters Ilene Burton of Tennessee; Gloria A. Miller of Henryville, Indiana; eighteen grandchildren, and thirty-seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023 from 11: 00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm at Collins Funeral Home with Matthew Craig officiating.
