Mary Elizabeth Adams, 61, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on March 10, 1960 in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Herman Williams and Shirley Rose (Johnson) Mutch. She enjoyed shopping from QVC, reading Harry Potter, and watching her TV shows. On June 7, 1975 she married Jimmy Adams, who survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Christina (Ruben) Cortes of Scottsburg, Indiana, Ericka (Paige Tortat) Adams of Scottsburg, Indiana, and Melissa Kay Adams of Scottsburg, Indiana; a son, Jimmy E. Adams of Florida; two brothers, David Mutch of Cape Coral, Florida and Roger Williams; sister, Dora D. Mutch of Scottsburg, Indiana; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Funeral Service: 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation: 1:00 to 2:00 pm Wednesday at Collins Funeral Home.
