Mary E. Cook, 72, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at her residence. She was born on June 20, 1948 in Combs, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Waldon and Wanda (Holland) Morris. Mary was a homemaker and also had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant when she was younger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Samuel Henry, Luther and Ernest Morris and a sister, Sarah Sue Morris. Survivors include her husband, Harry Cook; her son, Bill Spicer, II (Shannon) of Milton, Kentucky; two brothers, Danny Morris (Maebel) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Don Morris (Christy Smith) of Deputy, Indiana; six sisters, Prudie Jean Cuellar (Darrell) and Donna Redicker (David) all of Austin, Indiana, Joyce LaMaster of Henryville, Indiana, Rosetta Morris and Erma Duff both of Scottsburg, Indiana and Katie White of Hazard, Kentucky and numerous nieces and nephews.
