Mary Louise Jenkins, 60, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022, at her residence. She was born on February 25 ,1962 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the daughter of the late Jared Columbus Taylor and Beulah Mae (Johnson) Taylor. She was a member of Chelsea Church of God. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked at nursing homes in Scottsburg, Indiana for many years. She married Rob Jenkins, who survives. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Michelle Lee Burton Ewing; son. Robert Eugene Burton, Jr.; and one brother, James Edward Taylor. In addition to her husband, Rob, Mary is survived by three sons, Gordon Richard Burton (Amber), James Robert Burton (Tasha), and William Joseph Burton; two brothers, Lawrence Taylor and Joseph Taylor (Robin) of Scottsburg, Indiana; Sister, Stella Mucha (Joe) in South Carolina; four granddaughters, Hailey Dawn Burton, Aaliya Sue Burton, Teresa Ann Marie Burton, and Jazyln Mae Burton; five grandsons, Dakota Joseph Burton, Bryson Aruther Eugene Burton, Hunter, Elija, Gordon Richard Burton Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service 12:00 Noon Friday, March 18,2022, at Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Eversole officiating. Visitation: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Friday at Collins Funeral Home.
