Mary L. Moore, 56, of Commiskey, Indiana, passed away onTuesday, June 23, 2020 at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana. She was born on February 22, 1964 in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late William Couch, Jr. and Elva (Baker) Couch. Mary was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening and working in her flower beds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Lonnie and Ronnie Lee "Joe" Couch and a granddaughter. Survivors include her companion, David Miller of Commiskey, Indiana; three sons, Anthony, Brian and Duane Brown and his wife Dawn all of Rising Sun, Indiana; her daughter, Michelle Brown of Hazard, Kentucky; two sisters, Sherry Smith and her husband Aaron of Austin, Indiana and Betty Richey and her husband Michael of Scottsburg, Indiana and many grandchildren. Funeral Service: 3:00 pm on Friday, June 26, 2020 at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana with cremation requested following her service. Visitation: 12:00 to 3:00 pm on Friday at Collins Funeral Home. Services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the visitation and face coverings are encouraged.
