Nancy Esther Fountain, 80, of Corydon, Indiana, formerly of Springfield, MA passed away on March 2, 2025, at her home in Corydon, Indiana. She was born April 25, 1944, in Springfield, MA. After graduating from high school, she began working for grocery chain, Sweet Life Foods, Inc. She was a member of the Drum and Bugle Corp for many years and enjoyed crocheting, hunting, and fishing. She and her husband, Ron, moved to Corydon, Indiana in 2009 where they made their home. Nancy is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ronald Fountain, of Corydon, her children, Marcy Thibodeau, Amy Thibodeau, Tina Bailey, Keith Bailey and Duane Bailey, Kathy Sample of Massachusetts, Lisa Pryer and Debbie Scaletta of Las Vegas, Nevada and Brian Fountain of Boston, MA, her brother George Gagnon and sisters Deanna Ruocco, Deborah Burt, as well as 5 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Nancy is preceded in death by her sister, Pat Maurice.
