Oletha Pauline Goodin-Prewitt, 83, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She was born on December 14, 1938, in Asphalt, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Joseph and Bessie (White) Minton. She married Willie "Bill" Goodin, who died on April 14, 1995, she later married Clarence Prewitt, who passed away Sept. 6, 2000. Pauline was a member of Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was a retired machine operator for Pillsbury - General Mills Co. in New Albany, Indiana. Pauline loved her animals, knitting, crocheting, gardening, and spending time outside. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Billie Joann Johnson; seven brothers, Lawrence R., Joel H., Paul T., Joseph B., Fred, Charles, and Keith Minton: and two sisters, Maude Shirlean Minton and Fennettia Sillings. Survivors include two sons, Alvin Goodin of Scottsburg, Indiana and Joshua L. (Shawn) Goodin of Scottsburg, Indiana; four daughters, Debbie L. Goodin of Magnolia, Texas, Susan M. Griffin of Santa Ana, California, Barbara M. (Monte) Roth of Scottsburg, Indiana, and Jeannie Miller of Scottsburg, Indiana; brother, Dannie Minton of Scottsburg, Indiana; three sisters, Earline Broady of Memphis, Indiana, Pauletta Crider of Florida, and Amanda (Neil ) Townsley of Alabama; thirteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren. Funeral Service: 4:00 pm Friday, January 28, 2022, at Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church with Mark West officiating. Visitation: 12 to 4 pm Friday at Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church in Scottsburg, Indiana. Cremation has been entrusted to Collins Funeral Home.
