Pamela Kim Hubbard, 60, of Hanover, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at her residence. She was born on November 8, 1960 in Scottsburg, Indiana, to the late Walter Raleigh Deaton and Malvery Deaton. Pam grew up in Paris Crossing and Commiskey, Indiana and graduated from Jennings County High School. She later attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Pam retired in 2020 as a team leader for the assembly department at Cummins Engine Company in Columbus, Indiana. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and was always happy visiting with her friends and neighbors. Pam enjoyed gardening, was an animal lover, and an avid Indiana University basketball fan. In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in death by four brothers, John, Glenn, Benny and Dr. Joseph Deaton. Survivors include two sons, Marc Anthony (Gabrielle) Hubbard, Jr. and Walter R.D. (Kayla) Hubbard all of Lexington, Indiana; a daughter, Whitley Nicole (Travis) Barker of Hanover, Indiana; two brothers, Michael (Beth) Deaton of Commiskey, Indiana and Jack Deaton of Las Vegas, Nevada and ten grandchildren, Baylor, Lance, Myra, Josie, Averie and Emerie Hubbard and Wyatt, Wayde, Waylon and Weston Barker. Funeral Services: 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Collins Funeral Home with Cowboy Dan Corbin officiating. Visitation: 4 to 7 pm on Friday and after 12 noon on Saturday at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 50 people in the building. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate. Interment will be in Scottsburg Cemetery.
