Peggy Lynn Hill

Peggy Lynn Hill, 72, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on April 11, 2026, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on February 11, 1954, in Scottsburg, Indiana, to Lynn and Evelyn (Nichols) Jackson. On May 16, 1986 Peggy married the love of her life, Thomas Hill, and he survives. Peggy is remembered for her vivacious spirit and her love for the outdoors. She found joy in tending to her lawn, battling weeds, and watching the hummingbirds that frequented her garden. Peggy was preceded in death by her father, Lynn Jackson. She is survived by her devoted husband, Tom Hill; mother, Evelyn Jackson; daughter, Kelsey (Kevin) Semon; and four sisters, Marilyn Crane, Linda (Everitt) Hunley, Diane (Terry) Smith, and Patricia (Dwayne) Nicholson; and Jason (April) Meister. A celebration of life will be held at the Collins Family Center in Scottsburg, Indiana on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Friends and family are invited to gather to celebrate the life of Peggy Hill and share their fond memories of her. Cremation was entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
