Perry Wayne Batchelor, 70, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. He was born on November 1, 1950 in Aurora, Indiana, the son of the late Perry Junior and Janet Marie (Hess) Batchelor . Perry served during the Vietnam War as a Spec 4 in the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his daughter, Janet Batchelor. Survivors include, two sons, Jason (Michelle) Batchelor of Pensacola, Florida and Darren Batchelor of Scottsburg, Indiana; daughter, Elizabeth Singleton of Scottsburg, Indiana; three sisters, Donna Dickson, Deborah Teke, Karrie Werner; brother, Kennith Batchelor; and seven grandchildren, Khrisian Woodall, Emma Woodall, Melanie Salgado, Benjamin Batchelor, Scarlett Batchelor, Destiny Singleton, and Isabella King.
