Perry B. Smith, 40, of Maylene, Alabama passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022, in Orlando, Florida. He was born on November 19, 1981, at home in Crothersville, Indiana, the son of the late Ronald and Dorothy Smith. Perry was a Scottsburg native, graduated from Scottsburg High School Class of 2001 and worked in the food industry for most of his life. He loved spending time with his family. Perry also enjoyed listening to music, karaoke, fishing, and traveling. He touched everyone's life because he had an enormous heart. His survivors include his wife, Alison Smith; two daughters, Chloie and Alyssa Smith; son, Joseph Smith; brother, Shawn (Toni) Smith of Mississippi; sister, Janean (John) Lahrman of Scottsburg, Indiana; nieces and nephews, Trenton, Kelsea, Courtney, Shianne, Ronald, and Elijah; and one great nephew, Kade.
