Robert McIntosh, 61, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on May 13, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of the late Robert D. McIntosh and Sandra (Schneider) Cook, who survives. He graduated from high school in 1979. Robert had a special love for animals, especially horses. He enjoyed working as a carpenter and making things with his hands. Robert worked for Kacee Incorporated as a Senior Superintendent Carpenter. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. McIntosh; brother, David McIntosh; and Dona McIntosh. Survivors include his mother, Sandra (Greg) Cook of Westfield, Indiana; two sons, Roman (Amber) McIntosh of Louisville, Kentucky and Jordan McIntosh of Louisville, Kentucky; one daughter, Amanda McIntosh of Louisville, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Colt, Addy and Ida; life partner, Gina Harper of Scottsburg, Indiana; special nephew, Joe McIntosh of Owensboro, Kentucky; several nieces,nephews, cousins and many friends. Visitation: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, August 30,2022 at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg,Indiana. Cremation was entrusted to Collins Funeral Home.
